Well, almost everybody. The problem is, some people aren’t critics when they should be.

In this next mini-series, we explore the value of delivering and receiving criticism.

Part 1 focuses on the delivery. While is may seem like the easier of the two sides, to deliver criticism is to take action, become vulnerable, and potentially create a rift. There are many pitfalls. Keep the attention on the behavior not the person and you make the leap to constructive development.
